The vision of CCO is a better and united world through Culture, Arts and Education.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of CCO is to harness the power of culture and education in meeting recreational and other social needs of people. CCO also search for and provide avenues where people from different backgrounds to meet , and share thoughts, ideas and learn from, and understand each other.

We do this by:
Advocacy: Harnessing the power of culture and drawing decision makers attention to culture as a tool to promote growth and development of the economy. We also research into and disseminating information on Ghanaian and other cultures.

Social Change Programs: Helping Ghanaians to change the attitude of looking at arts and culture as a leisure instead of an economic and professional venture activity.

Interaction: Providing opportunity for people from all parts of the world to meet, share ideas and learn from each other.

Cultural Events: Organizing and participating in international cultural and educational events.

Education: Actively getting involved in searching for and providing quality education for the personal development of people with more emphasis on cultural and arts related programs.

Exchange Programs: providing the opportunity for students to use their study years to learn about a culture different from their own in a foreign country.. Through our student exchanges and foreign visits program, students and groups get the opportunity to spend semester(s) or months in a foreign institution or environment.

Homestay programs: encouraging visitors to stay with Ghanaian families while in Ghana.
